Employee Register
306 employees on the approved roster - Akagera Holdings Ltd
Eligibility comes from the approved roster, not from this table. Editing a limit here stages a new roster version; it does not change what an employee can borrow until an approver signs that version off.

Edit limit modal (static demo)
Selecting "Edit limit" opens this dialog. Any change is saved as a draft and routed through maker-checker before it applies.
Roster v8 is staged
Your change is held until an approver signs it off
Nothing has changed for any employee yet. Roster v7
is still in force and every limit is still what it was. Your edit sits in v8 as a staged change.
| Staged change | Employee | In force, v7 | Staged, v8 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Limit up | Aline Uwase, AKG-0417 | RWF 900,000 | RWF 1,200,000 |
Why an edit cannot just apply. The roster is the company guarantee. If one
HR user could raise a limit on their own, the organisation's exposure would change without anyone
with the authority to accept it having seen it.
Employee Register
306 on roster v7, plus 4 pending on v8
Four employees show as pending and cannot borrow yet.
They are in roster v8, which nobody has approved. Showing them greyed out is more honest than hiding
them, because HR has already added them and would otherwise think it had not worked.
| Employee | Employee ID | Max limit | Roster | Can borrow |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aline Uwase | AKG-0417 | RWF 900,000 | v7, in force | Yes |
| Divine Iradukunda | AKG-0511 | RWF 600,000 | v8, pending | Not yet |
| Patrick Nkurunziza | AKG-0512 | RWF 450,000 | v8, pending | Not yet |
| Josiane Uwimana | AKG-0513 | RWF 700,000 | v8, pending | Not yet |

No approved roster
The register is a view of whichever roster version is in force. Until a version is approved there is nothing to show, and no employee can borrow.
Edit a maximum loan limit
Aline Uwase, AKG-0417, Finance. This is the most your organisation will guarantee for her, and it is what caps any salary loan she can take.
RWF
Currently RWF 900,000 on roster v6.This does not take effect now. A limit change stages a new roster
version and needs an approver, exactly like a file upload. That is the whole point of
maker-checker on the roster: one person cannot quietly raise what the company guarantees.
Add one employee
For a single joiner. For more than a handful, upload a roster file instead: it validates every row at once.
16 digits, checked against NIDA before the roster is approved.

RWF
Adding somebody enrols them as an Efashe party if they are not one already. They
still set their own PIN on their own phone; you never see it.
