The merchant's first sale was reversed as fraudulent.
The reward was paid on a milestone that turned out not to be real, so it is clawed back. We are
telling you rather than quietly netting it off a future payout.

This is not held against you. Recruiting a merchant who later behaves badly
is not your fault, and there is no penalty beyond the reward itself. If you disagree with the
finding, say so and an operator will look again.

A reward is earned when a merchant you recruited passes KYB and makes a first sale. Signups alone do not pay, which is what keeps the program from filling with merchants who never trade.

Where your rewards are paid
Rewards are paid directly to you. You do not need an Efashe wallet to be a recruiter, which is deliberate: the program is open to people who are not Efashe customers.
A reward is taxable income. Efashe withholds and remits per RRA rules
and gives you a statement you can file with, which is why your national ID was needed to join.
